Rushton Phillips is the conceptual partnership of contemporary visual artists, Sheralyn Rushton Phillips and Brian Rushton Phillips, whose work ranges from
graphic illustrations and photographs, to mixed media and sculptural interpretations of the 21st century social, physical and media landscape. Through processes of dissection,
reconstruction, juxtaposition, re-branding and satire, the collaborators alter our milieu through a critical and redefined palette of iconography. Their projects are metaphors
for the social dilemmas facing our existence and predominantly involve the documentation and analysis of celebrity, economics, politics and religion.
