| Released on April 15, 2009, 'Financial Security [ Blanket ]' is a comment on the 2008 economic crisis and the artists' own financial uncertainty. The project incorporates 208 American dollar bills, sewn together with thread, to form a makeshift security blanket. The fragility of the blanket's construction and its inability to effectively shelter, conjure an oxymoronic image, consistent with the state of unemployment, homelessness and financial insecurity. | ||||||
