Released on July 1, 2009, 'The Conceptual Representation of Extortion in the Mind of Someone Canadian', is a comment upon Canada's federal and Ontario provincial governments' US$9.5 billion bailout package for General Motors Corp. (GM).

The series juxtaposes Canadian currency with the GM brand and a familiar metaphor for capitalist failure. The prevailing outcome is a satirical reminder to taxpayers of their corporate victimization.

The project aims to stimulate the taxpaying hippocampus, by re-introducing an indefinite quantity of extortion conscious denominations into circulation, throughout the governments' eight year 'investment'.
